Why am I having problems browsing the web with Internet Explorer?
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):
Your Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser installation may be corrupted, or your Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser version is outdated, or your Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser may have been "hijacked" by spyware. You can try reinstalling or upgrading Microsoft Internet Explorer. You can also download and install an alternate web browser such as the free Mozilla Firefox web browser.
Also, if you use Microsoft Windows, make sure that you have all the latest critical security patches and Windows updates installed by visiting the Windows Update web site.
