How to do I find the "message header" information for email that I have received?

The directions below describe how you can find the message headers for your specific email client.
Microsoft Outlook Express for Macintosh
- Highlight the email.
- In the View menu, select Source.
- A new window will appear containing the email with full headers. Select all, then copy.
Microsoft Outlook Express
- Open the "File" menu.
- Open "Properties".
- Open the "Details" tab.
- Open "Message Source".
- Highlight then copy everything in the window.
Microsoft Exchange
- Open the "File" menu.
- Then "Properties".
- Then click the "Details" tab.
- Choose "Message Source".
- Copy everything from the "Message Source" box.
Netscape
- Click on the "View" menu.
- Then "Page Source".
- Copy the header.
Microsoft Outlook Web Access
- Left click on the letter and then click properties.
- Then on the details tab.
- Then click on message source.
- This will open the email exposing the headers.
- Copy the text.
Juno
- Click "file" and then "Save Message as Text File".
- Then save to your desktop or other place you will remember.
- Open the saved file to reveal the message details.
Eudora
- Double clicking on the subject line to open the email.
- Click on 'blah blah blah' to expose the header information.
Hotmail
- Click on "Options."
- Under the "Additional Options" section.
- Choose "Mail Display Options"
- Look for "Message Headers."
- Select "Advanced" and hit the "OK" button.
- Use the "View E-mail Message Source" to display the message with the header.
Yahoo Mail
- Inside the email click the 'Full Headers' button.
Excite web-mail
- Choose on Preferences on the Email home page.
- Click on Email Preferences.
- Select the box to display the headers.
- Choose to Save.
Netscape Webmail
- With the message highlighted.
- Click the yellow triangle to the right side of the partial message headers.
- The full headers will then be displayed.
