Attention! Sky Mail users must substitute the following:
POP3 = mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP = mail.yourdomain.com
Username = username@yourdomain.com
Email Address = username@yourdomain.com
Why do I receive an error using my email?
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S) For Outlook Express Users:
- POP3 or SMTP server is wrong.
- Enter Outlook Express.
- Click Tools.
- Click Accounts.
- Make sure pop3.skylands.net is highlighted.
- Click Properties
- Click on the Servers tab (as pictured below).
- Make sure the following is filled in correctly:
Incoming Mail(POP3): pop3.skylands.net
Outgoing Mail(SMTP): smtp.skylands.net

- Click on the general tab
- Your email address MUST be filled in to send email!
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S) For Microsoft Office Outlook Users:
- POP3 or SMTP server is wrong.
- Enter Microsoft Office Outlook.
- Click Tools.
- Click E-Mail Accounts.
- Select view or change existing e-mail accounts
- Clcik Next
- Highlight pop3.skylands.net
- Click Change
- Make sure that the following are filled in properly:
Incoming Mail(POP3): pop3.skylands.net
Outgoing Mail(SMTP): smtp.skylands.net
