QUESTION:
Why do I get "No Sender Specified" when I try to send e-mail in Outlook Express?
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):
- Open Outlook Express.
- Click Tools.
- Click Accounts.
- Click the "Mail" tab.
- Highlight your Skylands Networks account, and click "Properties."
- Under the "General" tab, make sure that your Name and E-mail Address are both filled in to the correct fields.
- Click OK.
- Click the "News" tab. If you see an entry for Skylands, follow the steps below:
- Hightlight your Skylands account, and click "Properties."
- Under the "General" tab, make sure that your Name and E-mail Address are both filled in to the correct fields.
