QUESTION:
Why do I get "No Sender Specified" when I try to send e-mail in Outlook Express?
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):

  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. Click Tools.
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. Click the "Mail" tab.
  5. Highlight your Skylands Networks account, and click "Properties."
  6. Under the "General" tab, make sure that your Name and E-mail Address are both filled in to the correct fields.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click the "News" tab. If you see an entry for Skylands, follow the steps below:
    • Hightlight your Skylands account, and click "Properties."
    • Under the "General" tab, make sure that your Name and E-mail Address are both filled in to the correct fields.
