QUESTION:
Why does downloading get stuck when using Outlook Express or Netscape Messenger for e-mail?
POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):
When your e-mail program gets stuck on a message, most of the time it means that one of the messages is rather large. Microsoft and Netscape e-mail programs are not designed to handle large messages. You have three options at this point: you may either use Skylands Web Mail to delete the message, you can downlaod software lets you manipulate mail directly on the server such as JBMail or you may contact our office and have us delete the message.
